Staff were amiable, breakfast was nice hot, and location was very pretty. Perfectly clean and truly memorable hotel in Venice Beach district. It was reasonably priced, modest and authentic room.

We had a REALLY UNFORGETTABLE time here. Spectacular view, a large balcony, comfortable bed, too. Early check-in too. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. We loved the sand beach near our hotel. Besides, the area was pretty, next to southeast asia pow.
